Donate a car to Family Promise! 

  • Family Promise of B-CS has an agreement with the Center for Car Donations, a reputable and reliable organization, that will benefit both you and our organization.  Here is how it works
    1. You call the Center for Car Donations at (877) 411-3662.
    2. Let them know you want the proceeds of your vehicle to go to Family Promise of B-CS.
    3. The Center for Car Donations will pick up your vehicle (same day pick-up available in some areas) and handle all paperwork at absolutely no cost to you.  (Non-operational and non-smog certified vehicles accepted.)
    4. Your vehicle will be sold and our organization will receive 75% of the sale price after towing, auction, DMV, and transportation fees are deducted.
    5. The Center for Car Donations will send you a receipt for your donation and any forms required by the IRS.

Use www.GoodShop.com to shop and www.GoodSearch.com to search on the web, and you can support Family Promise at no cost to you!  Just go to one of these websites and select "Family Promise of Bryan College Station" as the charity you'd like to support.  You can even add the Family Promise of Bryan-College Station toolbar to Internet Explorer (IE) or Firefox. Once you add the Family Promise of Bryan-College Station toolbar for IE or Firefox, each time you shop at one of the more than 1,300 participating stores, a percentage of what you spend will be donated to us at no extra cost to you! (You could even save money as the toolbar provides coupons and deals.) The toolbar also has a search box and each time you search the Internet, about a penny is donated to us. Volunteer 

Individuals

Prepare meals
Serve meals
Tutor
Be an overnight host
Set up facilities
Dismantle facilities

Wash linens
Plan evening activities
Transport guests to job interviews, jobs, etc. as needed
Become a prayer partner

Congregations

Host Congregation--Provide the facilities and volunteers for one week on a rotating basis with other congregations in the network.

Buddy Congregation--Partner with another buddy congregation to provide either facilities and/or volunteers for one week on a rotating basis with other congregations in the network.

Support Congregation or Financial Partner--Make a commitment for a specified length of time to provide financial support to Family Promise of Bryan-College Station, Inc.
